Experience : Gulmarg Gondola An aerial cable car, to Phase 1 Kungdoor to enjoy sweeping views of forests, mountains, and snow-covered valleys – India’s version of the Swiss Alps. Visit: Jamia Masjid It has a magnificent courtyard with 370 wooden pillars and presents a peaceful atmosphere, which stands out against the hustle and bustle of the old bazaars around it. Note The sledge ride is available from December – March, while the pony ride is available from April – November. The gondola ride is subject to mechanical faults and weather conditions and mechanical faults. The ride will not be replaced if unavailable.

Here, opportunity to do pony ride to the glacier at your own expense. Visit: The Hazratbal Shrine The holiest Muslim shrine in Kashmir with unmatched reverence is a beautiful structure of immaculate white marble, and it offers a spectacular view of Dal Lake and the mountains afar. You may wish to ride on an elephant back to the entrance at your own expense. Passby: Hawa Mahal An extraordinary pink-painted, delicately honeycombed hive and City Palace of Jaipur, once the seat of kings Visit: Jantar Mantar An astronomical observation site built to help and improve upon the studies of space and time as known. Visit: Birla Mandir A proud architectural landmark of Jaipuir built of pure white marbles, whose interiors contain beautifully sculpted Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Witness: Traditional Aarti Ceremony Which involves the lighting and waving off oil lamps in order to invoke the deities and put them to rest for the night. Visit: Choki Dhani Village Known for its cultural manifesto and rich Rajasthani heritage. It comprises of a series of rebuilt village huts reminiscent of indigenous Rajasthani traditions and is situated away from the hustle of the city where nature is alive and refreshing.

Bid farewell to Jaipur as you set off to Agra Visit: Chand Baori An exquisite stepwell built in the 9th century. Marvel at the 3,500 perfectly symmetrical stone steps along 3 sides of the well and the 3-storey temple decorated with beautiful sculptures along the last wall of this enchanting rectangular structure. Visit: Taj Mahal A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Crafted in soft, pure marble and bejewelled with semiprecious stones, the building was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan – who was inconsolable at the passing of Mumtaz Mahal, one of his favourite wives – and his grief resulted in the creation of one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. You can walk along the pathway to the mausoleum beside a long reflecting pool with fountains as you explore its compound. Visit: Mehtab Bagh Enjoy a magnificent view of Taj Mahal, arguably India’s most famous monument.

Built of pink sandstone, the mandir is the spiritual center of the entire complex. Experience: Cultural boat ride Hop on a 12 minute cultural boat ride for an insight of ancient Indian history.

Visit: Chandni Chowk A bustling street lined with local fashion and accessories stores and boutiques Visit: Qutub Minar A UNESCO World Heritage Site with a soaring 73 meter high tower with each level made of either sandstone or marble. The tower has five distinct stories, each marked by a projecting balcony and tapers from a 15 m diameter at the base to just 2.5 m at the top.
